Some ThoughtsCircumcision (ACT 11:2) seems now like a strange thing to be defined by, but it wasn't a completely random theology. It came from GE 17:10-14. These people will come up again in a few stories. / Compare ACT 11:17 to ACT 5:29 & 38-39, ACT 11:18 to GE 12:3, PS 145:11-12, ISA 40:5, & JOEL 2:28.
