Some ThoughtsEX 5:2 was a "career limiting comment," then in EX 5:9 pharaoh declared belief in the living God was a false religion not worthy of his time, let alone his obedience. / This pharaoh was only a few generations after Amenemhat III, but the pharaohs reigns were very short during this time, according to Egyptologists, implying political factions and unrest, so it's unlikely this Pharaoh would have grown up with Moses, as fun and simple as that makes the movies.
