An Application
GE 40:8b is a wonderful example of a faithful believer. Joseph had been in jail, likely for years, but (a) he wasn't bitter to God, (b) he seemed eager to give glory & honor to God, and (c) he did give the glory to God at the expense of receiving it himself. This was surely not the first time he'd done so, and won't be the last. In other words, he knew he was getting help, and where it came from (JAM 1:17). May we, too.
