An ApplicationNE 4:14 is a great practical verse on leadership. He wasn't calling the people to battle, he wasn't trying to pick a fight, he was encouraging them to do God's work even though it was scary, risky, and difficult, and if their neighbors decided it was time to fight over it, then so be it. That's dedication to a vision. Remember NE 4:16-18 next time you think your job (or project) is stressful.
